Sketchbooks are the backbone of design. However , I do not ,as of yet, have one. Cowardly spineless designer that I am.
Until the day I get one of my own, or until YOU get one of your own, this blog will serve as a collective sketchbook, journal, ‘visual diary’ , whatever you like.
Edward Lear is in my opinion, the king of sketchbook appropriate, bizarre and quirky drawings. And a great poet and word maker-upper. They are easily recognisable, but retain a very loose, sketched feel- a good way to go with little note-book studies
